Shipping

We offer a $5 flat-rate fee for shipping on orders under $30. Shipping on orders over $30 is free.

Products will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase but we try to make this as quick as possible so it usually will only be 1 or 2.

Between major cities we post with Sendle using compostable satchels and recycled or recyclable packaging wherever we can. Estimated delivery times are from 1-3 business days.

For rural and regional deliveries we post with Australia Post using recyclable packaging wherever we can. Estimated delivery times are up to 5 business days.

Please note that times when sending volumes are high e.g. during Christmas, or when an unexpected pandemic hits, your order may take a bit longer to ship so please refer to your tracking email for delivery estimates.

All orders come with tracking included which will be emailed to your supplied address.

As for international shipping, due to customs regulation we can't send our product to most locations right now, but we're always looking for plan B.
